1. Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this document, "scrplay2", "we" or "platform" refers to the website and services operating under the domain scrplay2.onl. "Member" or "user" refers to any individual who registers and uses the scrplay2 platform. "Services" covers all activities available on the platform, including online casino games, sports betting, slots and all other related features.

This agreement takes full effect from the moment you tick the consent box during the registration process. These terms are in addition to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the same legal framework.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 To register a scrplay2 account, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a contractual agreement.
• Not currently be serving a self-imposed or third-party exclusion period.
• Register in your own name only — one account per individual.

2.2 Each member is only permitted one active account. Opening more than one account by the same individual is a direct violation of these terms and may result in all accounts involved being suspended or closed, including any balances held within them.

2.3 You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration is accurate, current and complete. scrplay2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes.

2.4 Your account password is entirely your responsibility. We recommend using a strong and unique password and changing it regularly. Do not share your login details with anyone.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 scrplay2 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (including major local banks)
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

3.2 The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM30, regardless of the payment method used. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.

3.3 Withdrawal processing times typically take between 15 minutes and 2 hours after the request is received and verified by our team. This time may vary depending on technical factors beyond scrplay2's control.

3.4 All deposits must come from a legitimate source and belong to the member themselves. We do not accept payments through third parties. Deposits identified as suspicious or linked to illegal activity will be returned and the account concerned may be suspended while an investigation is carried out.

3.5 Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to our internal assessment. For new accounts, scrplay2 reserves the right to require additional identity verification before the first withdrawal is processed.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

4.1 scrplay2 offers various promotions to new and existing members. Our welcome bonus gives you an extra 120% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of RM300.

4.2 Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received. Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Balance RM220 → Wagering requirement: RM120 × 20 = RM2,400
• Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM300 (maximum cap) → Balance RM900 → Wagering requirement: RM300 × 20 = RM6,000

4.3 Bonuses may only be used for wagering purposes within the scrplay2 platform. Bonuses cannot be transferred, converted to cash, or used for any other purpose before the wagering requirements are fully met.

4.4 The scrplay2 VIP programme offers three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold — with weekly cashback benefits of up to 0.3%, 0.5% and 0.8% respectively. VIP tier progression depends on the member's overall activity and loyalty.

4.5 scrplay2 reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time with appropriate notice. Misuse of promotions, including but not limited to combining multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, will result in bonus cancellation and further action against the account concerned.

5. Game Rules and Betting

5.1 All games available on the scrplay2 platform — including slots, live casino, sportsbook and sports betting — operate using certified random number generators (RNG) or live data from licensed providers.

5.2 Game results are final. scrplay2 will not cancel or change the outcome of a completed game unless there is clear evidence of a technical error confirmed by our management team.

5.3 For sports betting, odds may change before a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by members. scrplay2 reserves the right to cancel bets in the event of a system error, incorrect odds being offered, or unforeseen circumstances.

5.4 Mix parlay and other combined bet types are subject to specific rules stated in the sportsbook section of the platform. Payouts will be calculated based on the odds confirmed at the time the bet was placed.

6. Prohibited Activities

6.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice, as well as forfeiture of any account balance:

• Opening or using more than one account.
• Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to manipulate games.
• Collaborating with other players to exploit the scrplay2 system (bonus abuse / chip dumping).
• Attempting to launder money through deposit and withdrawal activities.
• Providing false information or falsified documents.
• Transferring funds between member accounts.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or breach the platform's security systems.

6.2 scrplay2 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases involving illegal activity. Account information may be disclosed to authorities when required by law.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Members may close their account at any time by contacting the 24/7 customer support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time after identity verification is completed.

7.2 scrplay2 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is reasonable grounds to believe that the account has violated any terms of this agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 scrplay2 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from technical disruptions, internet connection failures, or external factors beyond the platform's control.

8.2 Gambling carries financial risk. You are betting with your own money at your own risk. scrplay2 does not guarantee that you will make money from gambling activities on our platform.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

9.1 scrplay2 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this website.

9.2 It is the member's responsibility to monitor and review these terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Applicable Law

10.2 The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision in this agreement does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between scrplay2 and the member regarding the use of the platform and supersedes all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether oral or written.
